I wish that our EL city council would stay out of this conversation. Do you report it as a conversation with citizens for the record for city council? This information written by elected officials should be submitted as part of city council records so all citizens (tax payers) are informed. Public Response is a subscriber based forum for dialogue. Since city council is elected, city council cannot speak for EL council as a private citizen regarding city council. This really bothers me. You can address items only while in session. Lines are being crossed here.
